Three VR experiences that allow students to dive the Great Barrier Reef, descend to the bottom of the Bikini Atoll and take a trip to the rainforest of Borneo.
In 2015 Alchemy VR produced three educational VR experiences for Google Expeditions.
Launched in 2015 Google Expeditions is a program for providing VR experiences as an education tool in school classrooms. Using the Google Cardboard viewers, teachers are able to take their students on virtual field trips.
The three experiences allow students to dive the Great Barrier Reef with David Attenborough, experience the sunken warships in the deep depths of the Bikini Atoll and take a trip Borneo to explore it’s lush rainforest. As part of the project Alchemy produced a suite of teaching materials for use in classrooms.
